B&H is an authorized retailer with capabilities to ship the Nakamichi Shockwafe Wireless 11.2.6 Soundbar System to most countries outside the USA, either by DHL Express or other reputable carriers. Shipping and custom fees are handled by B&H.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DESTINATIONS:

1. B&H ships to most countries, except Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda.

2. Shipping rates vary based on destination. Duties and taxes may also automatically be charged, based on the laws of each country.

3. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. B&H reserves the right to determine the eligibility of returns for any international purchases. If a return is accepted, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Based on their documentation, you will need to open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Should you have any questions about international returns, please check with them directly.

2. All systems purchased from our official website or authorized retailers (Amazon, Best Buy and B&H) come with 1 year parts and labor USA warranty. In the event that your Nakamichi product requires servicing, we will still honor the warranty as long as you can ship the product back to us in California (at your expense) and provide an *eligible USA shipping address for us to ship to after servicing is complete.

   1. Due to shipping limitations, we are unable to ship returns to the following destinations: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO and P.O Box addresses.

3. All Nakamichi systems and subwoofer expansions sold on B&H are capable of handling international voltages (110-240V, 50/60Hz). Each system is supplied with an appropriate number of power cables that can be connected directly to a US wall socket.

   1. For DRAGON: IEC C7 x 3: For Main Unit and a pair of Surround Speakers.

   2. IEC C7 x 2: Per pair of Dual-Opposing 8” Subwoofers.

   3. IEC C17 x 1: Per 12" Subwoofer. Before connecting subwoofer to power, slide the voltage selector to the correct setting for your country. Damage resulting from incorrect voltage selection will not be covered by warranty.

   4. For Shockwafe Wireless: IEC C5 cable x 1: For Soundbar, IEC C7 cable x 4: For Surround Speakers and 10" Subwoofers

   5. For Shockwafe 9.2 eARC: IEC C7 cable x 3: For Soundbar and 10" Subwoofers. Surround Speakers are connected to the subwoofers via RCA cables.

4. To power our products, you may use travel/international power adapters to connect the bundled power cables to your country's wall socket. Alternatively, you can source for suitable replacement IEC power cables that are terminated for your country's wall socket.
