Please follow the forum guidelines listed below so that we can deliver a great experience for everyone 🙂:

• Do not post defamatory, offensive, obscene, profane, and/or violent comments
• Keep posts on-topic by making sure posts and threads are created in an appropriate category. We also recommend using the search function to find good threads on the subject and join in the conversation.
• Avoid posting and/or creating meaningless threads and replies. (E.g. creating a reply just to say "hello", "yeah", "lol.") - if you are caught doing this excessively, your account may be suspended. If you find the post agreeable, you may contribute either constructively through a well-thought-out reply or ‘like’ the post.
• The Nakamichi Community is not intended for speculating on future products, pricing or sale events on Nakamichi Soundbars, or any form of promotion of third-party services, products, websites or organizations. Also, please do not post content that would constitute unfair bashing, advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation. Offending posts and accounts may be deleted and/or suspended.
• Make your posts descriptive yet easy to understand, avoid using excessive punctuation and go easy on the Caps-lock button.
• Refrain from posting unnecessary URLs. You’re welcome to post a URL if it is relevant to the topic, but posts that contain excessive URLs will be removed.
• Be kind to newbies – Everyone has to start somewhere; and while they may be new here, they might have great insights outside these forums to share!
• Do encourage and recognize users for their help, efforts and/or good work by giving them a thumb’s up. Everyone appreciates genuine compliments!

Guidelines For Participating
The Nakamichi Community is provided as a place for discussion of all Nakamichi Shockwafe Products. The following rules have been crafted to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, by ensuring each member knows what is expected of them, and in turn, what you can expect from other users.
By accessing this website, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions (TOC’s). Nakamichi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, so do check back if you have any questions related to the usage of this site. These TOC’s apply to all visitors and members of the Nakamichi Forum Community, both now and in the future.

1. General guidelines
- We’re all happy to help! If you are new to the Nakamichi Forums and are unsure about anything, just ask! Users on this forum, as well as Nakamichi Moderators are happy to help.

- Be objective: Please stay on-topic and refrain from discussing personal matters, abusing any company or product, or from posting discussions unrelated to Nakamichi Shockwafe products and/or services.

- Stay courteous. Everyone wants to have a positive experience when visiting a forum - and to achieve this, everyone has a part to play so that they do not detract from anyone else's experience. Please refrain from posting any forms of content that may be viewed as abusive, defamatory, inflammatory, indecent, pornographic, unlawful, libelous, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or in general, may be viewed as objectionable or injurious to third parties. Your opinions are always welcome, but personal attacks and harassment ("flaming") of any form, be it on Nakamichi Community forum threads, posts or through private messaging, are not acceptable. Such posts can be deemed as a violation of our TOC’s and we reserve the right to delete posts, suspend accounts or ban such offenders from using our forums without prior notice.

- Our Ninja Team remains ready to assist: The Nakamichi support forum is a community driven effort to discuss technical issues with other Nakamichi Shockwafe product owners. Although Nakamichi’s Ninja team and moderators will be monitoring the community forums and doing their best to address questions that you may have, posting questions in this forum does not guarantee that your issue will be addressed. If our community forum is unable to provide satisfactory assistance for an issue you are facing with our soundbars, please visit https://www.helpdesk.nakamichi-usa.com/ , or contact our Ninjas if you need further assistance.

Also, Please keep in mind that while our forum may be able to solve some product issues or offer temporary workarounds, these remedies may not be the proper or permanent solution to your problem. Please contact our Ninjas if you need further assistance with your soundbar.

- Best Practices when using the forum:
A. When attempting to find a solution to a problem you are facing via our forums, we recommend searching to see if your issue has already been addressed in a similar thread, and “liking” workarounds or solutions that you may find on relevant threads. If a similar issue cannot be found, create your own post with a clear subject line that summarizes your issue. Based on experience, support posts with subjects that do not indicate the actual issue you are experiencing, such as, “Help me please!” or “This thing sucks” may result in further delay in assistance.

B. Also, Hijacking someone else’s support thread with the intent of bringing attention to the issue you are facing can sometimes result in your issue being ignored by the community.

C. We understand that technical issues can be a cause of great grief and while we understand the emotional toil it can take, abusive, obnoxious and rude posts do nothing to help your concerns or the community.

D. Do refer to sticky threads, if any, for helpful posting guidelines or information that might answer your questions.

- Keep it spam-free. As an official forum is owned and operated by Nakamichi, any forms of promotion of third party products (including but not limited to competing products), services, websites or organisations is prohibited. Please do not post content that would constitute unfair bashing, advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation. Offending accounts may be suspended.

- Keep it legal. Do not post any forms of content that would potentially:
A. Infringe on patents, trademark, copyright, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any party

B. Contain software viruses or any other computer files designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware, and/or

C. Any forms of content that is deemed to be illegal by any local, state, federal, or international law.

D. In addition, you cannot legally post entire articles or news in the forums without permission from the copyright holder. In such cases, Even if you attribute the article correctly, it will still be considered copyright infringement. As such, please do not reproduce substantial parts of content from other sites. Instead, it is best practice to include a relevant line or two that describes, summarizes the content or contains the main topic that you would like to bring up; then, provide a link to the source.

Nakamichi and it’s vendors shall not be held responsible for member-posted information that may be deemed illegal and/or violates copyright law. However, content that is deemed illegal will be removed without prior notice by Nakamichi or it’s moderators. In addition, depending on the severity of the issue, penalties (including but not limited to account suspension) may be rolled out to offending forum members.

- Mind Your Privacy: Do not post information that you do not wish to make public. Be mindful that any information that you post online (even outside these forums) can be obtained and used by other visitors on the web. You post at your own risk and responsibility.

- Be careful. Most people are eager and happy to help out on forums, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that you are responsible for deciding whether or not to follow it. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong or risky to you
